Pricing questions
Is $899 really the total price?+
Yes, for a three-page site with content and photos supplied. If the project needs more than that, you get a fixed quote before we start. You will never receive an invoice you did not agree to first.
What is not included?+
Domain registration and hosting are billed separately and stay in your name, typically under $200 a year combined. Stock photography and paid fonts, if you want them, are quoted separately.
Do you charge monthly?+
Only for services that are ongoing, like SEO, ads management, or maintenance. The site build itself is a one-time cost.
Do I need to pay it all up front?+
Half to start and half at launch on standard builds. Larger custom projects get a payment schedule in the quote.
What if I do not like the design?+
You see the design before it gets built out, and revisions at that stage are part of the process. We would rather change it early than argue about it later.
Is there a contract?+
No. There is a written scope so we both know what is being built, but nothing that locks you into ongoing payments.
